Founder - Chief Executive Office (CEO)
Jesus Quintero
Jesús Quintero is the Founder and CEO of JQ Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, banking, finance, and construction across the U.S. and Latin America. Since establishing JQ Group in Miami in 2010, he has built a vertically integrated platform focused on innovation, efficiency, and long-term value creation in residential and commercial real estate.
Under his leadership, the company has delivered more than 1,200 residential units and 190,000+ sq. ft. of commercial space across Downtown Miami, Brickell, Doral, and Hollywood — representing over $590M in total investment. A graduate of Santa María University in Caracas with degrees in Economics and Accounting, Mr. Quintero combines deep financial fluency with a builder's instinct for markets on the move.

Liliana Malave
Liliana Malavé de Quintero is the Co-Founder, CFO, and VP of Community Outreach of JQ Group of Companies. With over 25 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, she plays a central role in overseeing the company's financial strategy and operations alongside its continued growth across South Florida.
A graduate of Santa María University in Caracas, Venezuela with a degree in Economics, Mrs. Malavé de Quintero brings a rare combination of financial discipline and institutional depth to JQ Group. She also leads the company's corporate social responsibility initiatives through Communitas Dei Association Miami, reflecting her long-standing commitment to community impact.
Chief Construction Officer - (CCO)
LuiS Riquezes
Luis Riquezes brings over 21 years of construction experience across the United States and Venezuela, with a portfolio exceeding 35 million sq. ft. and approximately $1.5 billion in completed projects. As CCO, he oversees all construction management operations at JQ Group, ensuring seamless execution from groundbreaking to delivery. Mr. Riquezes holds a Master's in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan and is a Florida Certified General Contractor and member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Alejandra Acuna
Alejandra Acuña oversees JQ Group's property management operations and provides executive support to the CEO, ensuring the organization runs with precision and efficiency. A Political Science graduate from Florida International University, she is known for her reliability and proactive approach — the operational backbone of the team.
Head of Real Estate & Marketing
Valeria Quintero
Valeria Quintero leads marketing, leasing, and sales across JQ Group's real estate portfolio. As a licensed realtor, she drives the narrative behind every project while overseeing daily operations and administrative functions. Co-founder of JQ Foundation, Valeria brings a visionary mindset and hands-on approach to everything she touches.

Jesus A. Quintero
Jesus A. Quintero Malavé serves as Project Administrator at JQ Group, managing project coordination, financial tracking, invoices, purchase orders, and documentation with precision and efficiency. He also serves as Program Manager at JQ Foundation, supporting the development and execution of the organization's key initiatives. His versatility and hands-on approach make him an essential part of both teams.
Head of IT
Harold Espinoza
Harold Espinoza brings over 10 years of experience in information technology and project management. As IT Project Manager at JQ Group since 2015, he oversees construction projects, manages costs and scheduling, and coordinates subcontractors to ensure on-time, profitable delivery. He holds a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering and an MBA with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University.
Field Engineer
Eleazar Jimenez
Eleazar Jimenez serves as JQ Group's Field Engineer, working on-site to coordinate project information, ensure contract compliance, and implement safety programs. He manages the punch list process, maintains contract documents, and prepares daily construction reports to uphold the highest quality standards through completion. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in quality control from Santiago Mariño Polytechnic University.
